Membership Plan Terms

Full terms and conditions for Infinity Dental & Beauty Spa membership plans.

Minimum Term & Cancellation

An Initial Consultation fee of £125 is required before joining a membership plan. Once enrolled, members must complete a minimum of 3 months of payments before any plan benefits can be claimed.

Our membership plans have a minimum term of 12 months. If you cancel your membership within 12 months, we will recoup the costs of all discounts received and the value of free teeth whitening, and each appointment will be charged at our standard Pay-As-You-Go prices.

  • Fillings — treating minor cavities or decay
  • Basic Extractions — removing non-complicated teeth (e.g. baby teeth, non-impacted teeth)

Global Dental A&E Cover

Our dental plans are not insurance schemes, but we have included The Global Dental Accident & Emergency Scheme. It is a wholly discretionary scheme, not an insured scheme, funded by your dental plan to pay benefits at the sole and absolute discretion of the Scheme administrators.

Dental plan patients are eligible to request assistance from the Scheme in the event of:

  • Emergency Treatment Away From Home
  • Emergency Call Out
  • Treatment Following An Accident
  • Hospital Benefit
  • Mouth Cancer

The Scheme responds to such requests on a wholly discretionary basis — whilst the Scheme aims to provide benefits in most cases, it has no obligation to provide any benefit unless the administrators decide that it should. You are eligible for cover 90 days after your first payment.

Please note that insurance claims cannot be made for playing contact sports when you are not wearing your mouthguard.

Full details and claim forms can be found at globaldentalscheme.co.uk.
